Organically grown, small-batch roasted beans from around the world!  Best friends Ted and Pat started  Keep it Real Coffee in 2017 with the love of connecting over a quality cup of fun & delicious coffee. Their beans are served behind the counter and can be  purchased for your home enjoyment in our retail shop.

Proudly serving daily offerings of baked goods & 0ther items from local chef, Gel Kurban of OMMI, that align with our wellness ethics. She offers a handcrafter lunch every Friday. You will only find: Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free & everything created from Pachamama.

We have many local artists sharing their work with the community here. From paintings, apparel, prints and more that are in the retail section of our space. Come check them all out. Moon Cycle Magick, Perspective Painting by Court, Paintings and prints by Kristina Young, handmade clothing & jewelry.

We create our smoothies with Four Sigmatic Mushroom Protein powder. filled with adaptogens & superfoods. Also using all ORGANIC fruits and homemade coconut and KIKI milks. Stop in for our favorite GOLDEN GURU smoothie, a twist on the traditional golden milk.
